Sin embargo, el mayor obst\u00e1culo no es t\u00e9cnico. Los equipos necesitan formaci\u00f3n que todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 completamente madura, los <a href=\"https:\/\/byt4.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consultores con experiencia<\/a> pr\u00e1ctica son casi imposibles de encontrar y esta brecha no va a reducirse con el tiempo. Al contrario: se ampliar\u00e1 a medida que la presi\u00f3n regulatoria y la adopci\u00f3n obligatoria aumenten de forma simult\u00e1nea en miles de organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Hay un dato clave que muchas empresas subestiman: desarrollar capacidad interna en criptograf\u00eda avanzada lleva a\u00f1os, no meses. No se trata de certificar perfiles r\u00e1pidamente ni de incorporar conocimiento superficial. Se trata de formar equipos capaces de entender dependencias profundas, <a href=\"https:\/\/byt4.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">evaluar riesgos criptogr\u00e1ficos<\/a> a largo plazo y liderar una transici\u00f3n compleja y prolongada.<\/p>\n<p>Las organizaciones que retrasen el inicio competir\u00e1n, m\u00e1s adelante, por el mismo y limitado <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Talent_Pool\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pool de talento<\/a> que todas las dem\u00e1s\u2026 justo cuando los plazos regulatorios ya no permitan margen de error. En ese escenario, el talento ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s caro, m\u00e1s escaso y mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de integrar bajo presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso la acci\u00f3n no puede esperar.
